What is your direction for 2021? – part6/8
We feel the way we think. This means, it is a good idea to look at what we think and why we think that way.
For me it is not about always smiling and being happy all the time. What I wish for is a balanced state of mind. I am looking for this feeling of contentment. And I wish for stability.
There are many ways we can learn to understand and work with our minds. You can go and have a therapy session or a coaching might help, as well. You can start learning to meditate or yoga. You can try to reduce the time spent in front of devices while scrolling mindlessly through your social media accounts. You can go for walks and reconnect with nature by just being present when outside. You can do a technology detox once in a while.
Basically, everything that helps you to relax, find inner peace and helps to better understand yourself.
Have a wonderful start into 2021 and talk to you tomorrow.
